Dog Exercise Field - Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Reservation

1.1 Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis for one session at a time.

1.2 Available session durations are:

• 30 minutes
• 45 minutes
• 60 minutes

1.3 Each booking is exclusive to one household only.

1.4 A maximum of 4 dogs per household per session is permitted.

2. Pre-Booking Field Inspection

2.1 All dog owners must view the exercise field before their first booking. This can be done before the session begins. 

2.2 The field inspection is mandatory to ensure the facility is suitable for the dog(s) in question.

2.3 During the inspection, owners should assess:

• The suitability of the field for their dog's size, age, and temperament
• Any potential hazards or concerns specific to their dog

2.4 The facility reserves the right to deny access if the field is deemed unsuitable for a particular dog after the inspection.

3. Waste Management and Cleanliness

3.1 All dog owners are responsible for cleaning up all waste (feces and urine) produced by their dog(s) during the session.

3.2 Waste must be removed immediately and disposed of appropriately.

3.3 The field must be left in the same condition as found at the start of the session.

3.4 Failure to clean up waste may result in:

• Forfeiture of the session fee
• Suspension or cancellation of future bookings
• Additional cleaning charges

4. Liability and Safety

4.1 The facility is used at the owner's own risk.

4.2 The facility and its operators are not responsible for any injury, illness, or loss sustained by any dog or person during the session.

4.3 Dog owners must ensure their dogs are:

• Up-to-date with vaccinations
• In good health
• Under proper control at all times
• Suitable for off-lead exercise (if applicable)

4.4 Owners are responsible for supervising their dogs at all times during the session.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or credit toward a future booking.

5.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked session are non-refundable.

5.3 The facility reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unsafe weather conditions or field maintenance with full refund or credit offered.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 Dogs showing signs of aggression or unsuitable behavior may be asked to leave immediately.

6.2 Owners must remove their dogs from the field immediately if requested by facility staff.

6.3 No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are permitted on the premises.

6.4 Owners must respect the facility and other users.

7. Health and Hygiene

7.1 Dogs showing signs of illness or contagious diseases should not be booked.

7.2 Owners must declare any known behavioral or health issues when booking.

7.3 The facility may refuse entry to any dog that appears unwell or poses a health risk.

8. Amendments to Terms

8.1 The facility reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

8.2 Continued use of the facility implies acceptance of any amendments.
