Dog/Puppy Play Field Booking

 

private hire of a dog exercise field.

situated in Hawes,  upper Wensleydale, a field fully enclosed ensuring a fun, safe play for you and your dog.

Private parking available for one car only. Please respect residents. 

Our Dog Puppy Play field Booking service allows your pup to enjoy playtime in our designated play field area. 

Sessions can booked for 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minutes 

When booking please specify the time slot you'd like to book along with the number of dogs you'll be booking for.

please note this is not a change of use field. Animals will be grazing the area before and after allocated times. we will do our best to keep the field as clean as possible but do expect to see some sheep manure so please wear your wellie boots. 

 

Booking for 30 minutes Dog/puppy field - £5, 45 minutes - £6.50 or 60 minutes - £7 

 

 

Terms and conditions - 

 

No refunds given please contact to reschedule.

If a cancellation is required please log in using your booking confirmation, this must be done within 48 hours notice of session booking time.

Cancellation policy will be reviewed in extreme weather conditions. 

Dogs outside the field area must be on a lead at all times. Animals will be in the neighbouring fields. 

Gates must be shut during and after session.

please make sure dogs are in the field and gate is firmly shut before letting your dog off the lead. 

All poop must be bagged by the dog owner and placed in the bin provided.

Please bring your own poop bags.

We will not accept liability for injury, illness or death of your dog using our facilities.

You are advised to insure your dog for all eventualities.

If your dog has suffered from any illness in 48 hours prior to your booking, please do not bring them to the field.

Dogs suffering from diarrhoea are not permitted in the field.

Please leave the field on time to allow the next client to use the field at their allocated booking time.

If you are waiting to enter the field please keep your dog in your vehicle until the previous client has secured their dog.

At Bark 'n' Lark we accepts no liability for any losses suffered whilst using the field.

At Bark 'n' Lark we accepts no liability for any humans using the dog field facilities.

You must ensure nobody is in the field prior to entering.

Please ensure you are watching your dog at all times. Dogs must not be left in the field alone. 

Please take all litter away or use bins provided.  

please do not touch any fencing, some parts of the fence may have sharp edges so please be careful at all times. Please let us know if any fence becomes loose or dangerous. 

Hazards - this is a countryside field, also used for livestock on an evening. There for you cannot turn up on a evening to use the area provided, allocated times only. 

The area has uneven ground, stones and branches, so please watch your step. 

We will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury to you, your dog or your belongings.

You are advised to wear correct clothing and footwear. 

Please read the following:

The fencing provided is under 6ft high, if you think your dog can jump higher than this you must visit the area prior to booking.
We take no liability for your dog escaping, you must not climb, fencing, walls, trees or equipment, this is for the dogs use only.
The field is hired by yourself and cannot be transferred into another name.

To use the field you must have your own pet insurance. It's is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your pet. It is also your responsibility to ensure your dog is fully vaccinated. Please do not bring your dog if it has any illness. 

please respect the neighbours, no loud shouting or large groups of people.

Dogs should not be tethered to any wall, gate or fence. Any dog that is known to bite or fight must be muzzled at all times.

We will not accept dangerous or out of control dogs.

When entering and leaving the field, please be aware that there may be a booking before/after yours, therefore keep your dog on a lead until entering your vehicle.

Your dog remains your responsibility whilst using the field and should not be left unattended at any time.

Puppies are welcome as long as they are over 12 weeks old and have been fully vaccinated.

In season bitches are welcome.

The maximum number of dogs in the field at any one time should not exceed eight.

By agreeing to these terms you are agreeing to enter the field at you and your dogs own risk.
